The Departmentof History of S N Sinha college, Jehanabad was established from the verybeginning of the college since 1970when the college started by its founders.The primary mission of the department is to educate students for effectiveleadership and membership in a global political, social and economic communityby providing an historical understanding of the major world cultures. Thedepartment is particularly dedicated to teaching  how human societieschange over time.
